Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original packaging must be included

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or in the wrong size.

If you wish to request an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will guide you through the process.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items showing signs of wear or use

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
